The objective of this project was to design a dynamic and user-focused landing page that communicates Sellfinity’s key benefits. The page showcases the platform's core functionalities, such as automated reporting, team performance tracking, and seamless integration with existing CRM tools. Interactive elements like testimonials, case studies, and explainer videos were incorporated to build trust and engagement with potential users.

A modern, professional design was employed, balancing aesthetic appeal with usability. Special attention was given to clear navigation and strategic call-to-action placements, encouraging visitors to explore the platform or start a free trial. Responsive design principles were prioritized to ensure compatibility across devices, delivering a consistent experience to all users.

What was the main issue with the MMS system?

When I first connected with the startup team behind the MMS system, they were struggling with a serious issue: their product had no existing design.

Imagine trying to update or improve a system without a clear reference—no screens, no UI files, nothing. Every change felt like working in the dark. The developers were stuck, wasting time recreating elements from scratch. Worse, there was no design system in place, meaning even the smallest UI updates had to be manually applied across the entire platform.

This wasn’t just slowing them down; it was making future scalability nearly impossible. Every fix was a workaround, every feature update was chaotic.

But that wasn’t the only problem…

Even for the users, the experience was far from smooth. Navigation was confusing, workflows were frustrating, and key actions weren’t intuitive. Users were either spending too much time figuring out simple tasks or giving up altogether. The system wasn’t working for them—it was working against them.

That’s where I stepped in.

I knew that to fix these issues, the MMS system needed more than just a redesign—it needed a structured, scalable design foundation that would empower both the development team and the users.

My Role in the MMS Project: Transforming Chaos into Clarity

1. Rebuilding the Missing Design & Establishing a Design System

🔹 Collaborated with the startup team to understand their vision, challenges, and system requirements.
